Where to see leads and bookings
Everything that comes in from your site, whether a contact form message or a new booking, is collected in the dashboard and also sent to your email, so you don't miss anything.
Leads from the contact form
Every message sent from your site's contact form appears in the “Leads” tab in the dashboard, with the name, email and message, and is also sent to your email.
Bookings
Every appointment booked through the booking system appears in the “Bookings” tab, and is also emailed to you the moment it's booked. That way your calendar is always up to date.
The idea is that you never have to go looking: everything your site generates, a message or a booking, is in the dashboard and lands in your email at the same time. Even when you're away from the computer, the email reaches your phone, so you can get back to the customer quickly. And when you have a moment, open the dashboard and see it all organized in one place.
