How to cancel your subscription
There's no commitment and no exit fee. You can cancel at any time, and the site keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. After that it's paused, and if you don't renew, it's removed 30 days later. Your settings are always kept, so renewing brings the site back.
- Go to the Billing tab
In the dashboard, go to the “Billing” tab. - Click “Cancel subscription”
Your subscription keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We don't cut you off midway. - What happens next
At the end of the period, the site is paused and shows a “This site is not active” page. You have 30 days to renew and bring it back online right away; if you don't, the site is removed. Your files and content are always kept and available to download.
We don't believe in trapping you. No annual contract, no retention call and no fee: click “Cancel” and that's it.
