How to set up appointment booking
If your business works by appointment, you can add a booking system to your site. Customers book an open slot on their own, and the appointment comes straight to you.
- Turn on “Booking”
In the wizard, in the “Add-ons” step, choose the Booking module. - Set up your services
Add your services, each with a name, a duration (for example 30 minutes) and a price. - Set hours and slots
Choose your business hours for each day of the week, and the slot length: every 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. - Publish
Once you publish, customers see only the open slots based on your hours, and book on their own.
The big advantage of online booking is that it works for you even when you're busy: a customer books at 10 p.m. from the couch, without calling and without waiting. Every booking is held the moment it's made, so there are no double bookings, and it reaches you automatically. You're always in control: you set the services, prices and hours, and you can change them at any time.
