How to make a site in two languages
On the Business site plan and up, you can publish your site in two languages, Hebrew and English, with a language switch and a separate address for each language. There's no automatic translation: you write the English texts yourself, and anything you leave empty is shown with default English text.
1. Turn on bilingual
In the “Add-ons” step of the wizard (or in the dashboard), turn on “Bilingual site (Hebrew + English)”. Your main language stays the one you chose; the second is the other one.
2. Write the English texts
In the “Texts” step you'll see two tabs: Hebrew and English. Switch to the English tab and write the headline, the About section and the rest. Any field you leave empty is shown with default English text, never in Hebrew, so languages don't get mixed on the page.
3. Check the preview
The preview has an he/en switch: click it to see each version exactly as it will be published, including the direction (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right) and the font.
How visitors switch languages
Every page has a switch link in the top menu (and on mobile, at the bottom): clicking it takes visitors to the same site in the other language. Google gets an hreflang tag that tells it which version to show to whom, without you doing anything.
The English font
By default, the English version uses the font of the style you chose. Want a different font for English? You can pick one in the dashboard, and it affects only the English page.
That's it: turn on bilingual, write the English in its own tab (anything empty falls back to default English text), and check the preview. Each language has its own address and a language switch, and Google knows to show each person the right version.
